Delete your TradesHub account

Before deleting

Deletion is permanent. Export or keep copies of any quotes, invoices or business records you still need before starting. TradesHub cannot restore records after the deletion has completed.

Delete inside TradesHub

This is the fastest option when you can still sign in:

1. Open More → Account and security.
2. Choose Manage subscription first and cancel through Google Play if required.
3. Select Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE, acknowledge the subscription warning and confirm your password or Google account.
5. Confirm permanent deletion. TradesHub will sign you out after the process completes.

Request deletion without the app

If you uninstalled TradesHub or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered to your account. This web route does not require you to reinstall the app.

Include the account email and confirm that you understand store subscriptions must be cancelled separately. Never send your password, password-reset link, full bank details or identity documents unless support has explained a specific secure verification need. We may ask for proportionate evidence to confirm that you control the account before deleting it.

What TradesHub deletes

• Your Firebase sign-in account and TradesHub profile.
• Customers, jobs, appointments, quotes and invoices linked to your account.
• Business settings, notification devices, in-app notifications and usage records.
• Support requests and subscription records held by TradesHub.
• Uploaded business files, including your logo.

What may remain

Google Play controls its own purchase and payment records under Google's policies. Limited information may also be retained where a legal obligation, active dispute, security investigation or fraud-prevention need requires it. Where information must be retained, access is restricted and it is kept only for the necessary period.
